Short term investment equals scam.
The reason money flows out of long term investment
is because they can take the profit when ever they
feel like it, pay the tax and still make money.
Long term investment is how you build a country,
short term investment gives you what we have had lately
a big box of worthless paper. Here today gone tomorrow.

What if the government let fabricated documentation
fall into the hands of WikiLeaks in order to spread propaganda?

It's hard to lose the game if you're the one
writing the rules to your own advantage.
